Energy Alignment Package Terms & Conditions

By purchasing an Energy Alignment Session Package, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Payment & Sessions
Payment for the package is due in full at the time of purchase. The Three-Session Package includes three 75-minute Energy Alignment Sessions, and the Five-Session Package includes five 75-minute Energy Alignment Sessions. Sessions may be held in person or virtually and are scheduled individually based on availability.

Scheduling & Cancellation
Sessions must be scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be counted as a completed session, except in the case of an emergency or other circumstances at the discretion of Women's Wellness Authority.

Refunds
Energy Alignment Session Packages are non-refundable once purchased. If exceptional circumstances prevent you from completing your package, please contact Women's Wellness Authority directly to discuss your situation.

Package Use
Packages are intended for use by the individual who purchased them and may not be transferred or shared with another person without prior approval from Women's Wellness Authority.

Package Expiration
All sessions included in an Energy Alignment Session Package must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date. Any unused sessions remaining after 12 months will expire unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Women's Wellness Authority.

Client Intake & Consent
New Energy Alignment clients are required to complete the Energy Alignment Client Intake & Consent Form before their first session. By participating in an Energy Alignment Session, clients acknowledge and agree to the applicable client consent, policies, and wellness disclaimers provided by Women's Wellness Authority.

Wellness Disclaimer
Energy Alignment Sessions are complementary wellness experiences intended to support relaxation, self-awareness, and personal growth. They are not medical, psychological, or mental health treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. Energy Alignment Sessions are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.

General Provisions
Women's Wellness Authority reserves the right to reschedule a session when necessary due to illness, emergency, weather, or other circumstances outside of its reasonable control. In these circumstances, the affected session will be rescheduled and will not be forfeited.
